Using an adsorbent itself specific affinity for water vapor, the moisture adsorption air. The structure of the device into the double column, under the control of the program controller, two towers work, a tower adsorption of water at a higher pressure, and the other column prepared using dry air at its lower vapor pressure to complete desorption process, continuous work cycle.
Workflow:
In the adsorption tower A drying adsorption, the adsorption tower B in the regeneration mode, the wet compressed air into the inlet, through the valve into a cylindrical adsorption A, bottom-up flow of adsorbed sulfate. After adsorption tower A processed product gas from the exhaust pipe through the valve 5. After part of the product gas by adjusting the throttle valve 7 buck into the adsorber B adsorption regeneration from top to bottom, and through valve 4 through muffler SH discharge. Transport adsorber A and B used to complete the drying of compressed air
